Evelyn Abena Appiah is the first African Miss Grand International. She won in 2020 when she represented the USA. She is multi talented. She is five feet nine inches tall. She was born in June 1993. She models for top designers world over. She has a bachelor’s degree in Fashion from Radford University, Ghana.

Before 2020, she represented Ghana at the Miss Universe Pageant in 2014, in Miami. She won Miss Talent Ghana at nineteen, Top Model Ghana at twenty, Queen Beauty Universe at twenty-three in Spain and top twenty at Miss Earth 2019 in Phillipines, also representing Ghana.

(Ivana Batchelor Miss Guatemala was a great support for her during the 2020 Miss Grand International Pageant. She placed second runner-up by the way. )

Evelyn Abena Appiah was brand ambassador for Garner Hair Products, no pun intended.

She is a musician with five singles. She has featured in two music videos. Wake Up in The Sky by Bruno Mars and El Anillo by Jennifer Lopez.

She starred in the American TV series, Afri Americans, Meri Mary Mari – a short film produced by Michelle Cannon which was shot in Los Angeles and New York.
